These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phislot platform, including all gaming, betting, and account services available to registered players in the Philippines. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms

Users found to be under the legal age will have their accounts immediately suspended and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to use phislot is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or any other entity unless explicitly authorised.
- You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the phislot platform or any related service.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phislot.
phislot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension or closure pending review.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the phislot platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information required during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. phislot will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify the support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
To further protect your account, phislot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, using a strong and unique password, and logging out of the platform after each session — particularly when using a shared or public device. The platform employs industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest, but you remain responsible for the security of your own devices and network connection.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
All users of phislot are expected to engage with the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in the Philippines or any other jurisdiction from which you access the service. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only, and any commercial exploitation, automated access, scraping, or systematic data extraction is strictly forbidden without express written consent from phislot.
The following actions are explicitly prohibited on the phislot platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and potential legal action:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or members of the phislot support team.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without authorisation.
phislot monitors platform activity to detect unusual patterns, suspected fraud, and policy violations. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be reviewed and may be suspended immediately pending investigation. Where phislot determines that terms have been breached, it reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any winnings associated with the violation.
5. Payments, Transactions & Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the phislot platform — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). This ensures that Filipino players can manage their gaming funds without currency conversion complications or unexpected exchange rate fees. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice beyond the platform itself.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phislot reserves the right to request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID or proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the selected withdrawal channel, and phislot is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. phislot does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Funds held in your phislot account do not accrue interest.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, phislot and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from technical interruptions, system outages, data loss, unauthorised account access, or any outcome of any game or sporting event. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and phislot makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the service.
phislot is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions made by users in the course of gambling activity. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or real-world sporting events, and phislot does not influence, guarantee, or predict those outcomes. Players accept that all gambling involves inherent risk, and no information provided on the platform constitutes advice or a guarantee of any particular result.
In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are restricted by law, phislot's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted. If you believe you have experienced a platform error that materially affected a game outcome, you must report it to the support team within 72 hours of the incident for investigation. Claims raised after this window may not be eligible for review.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
phislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to pass identity verification, involvement in prohibited activity, or a court or regulatory order requiring such action. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be preserved and released upon satisfactory resolution, unless the investigation determines that terms have been materially violated.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the phislot support team. Before closure is finalised, any outstanding withdrawal requests must be processed and all pending bets must be settled. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the chosen exclusion period.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, phislot reserves the right to void any remaining balance associated with the fraudulent or non-compliant activity. Funds deposited through legitimate means and not connected to any violation may be returned at phislot's discretion following a full review. Users who disagree with an account action may submit a written dispute to the support team for escalation.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials displayed on the phislot platform are the exclusive property of phislot or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any ownership rights in such materials to you. Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the phislot platform without prior written authorisation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or arbitration bodies of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
